ये Post insulator है । इसका RI Code - 6090 है । इसको Railway electrification OHE में और PSI में उसे किया जाता है ये देखने में दोनों साइड से एक जैसा होता है । इसके उपर और नीचे 4-4 होल होते है । जो कि देखने में कुछ ऐसा होता है -
